"Don came through for us in completing two difficult transactions. Many times we thought both deals were going to fall through as we sold our large home in Hunterdon County and down sized to a beautiful ranch in Somerset County. Both transactions were held up for months due to septic issues on both houses. Don used sharp negotiation skills to secure the contract on our new home. He sat in on meetings in our old kitchen with the engineer that designed the septic replacement  for the house we were selling and made trips to the township to expedite the septic approval. Without this extra effort we  would not have made the deadlines for our buyers to move in our home and may have lost the contract on the home we are so happy to have purchased.
